This means that communications between SUB ROSA LLC and our clients are not protected by the attorney-client relationship, including attorney-client privilege, and that the professional rules governing the conduct of lawyers and that relate to lawyer-client relationship are not applicable to our personnel.

 

It is not necessary for our clients to use the  legal services of SUB ROSA LAW PLLC in order to retain SUB ROSA LLC.  Clients who wish to retain SUB ROSA LAW PLLC to provide legal services must enter into an engagement letter with that firm.
